I got this pack of Kiss Nail Dress a little while ago in a giveaway on the Kiss Facebook page and decided to finally use them. I was trying to save them for a special event but to heck with that, I want cute nails now!
At first I assumed they would be similar to all of the nail polish strips that I've used before, but they aren't.
They are actually decals. I think the adhesive on these is similar to the stuff on good press on nails because it can last for up to ten days.
Putting them on was really easy. You just apply it to your nail just below the cuticle, and file off the excess on the end, so in that aspect alone they are very similar to nail polish strips.
I love the studded design on this style. It would take hours to decorate your nails with all these little studs doing it the old fashioned way. This process took me less then ten minutes.
I'm really digging these. I love the way they look, I love the textured 3-D design, and they are staying on me really well. They remain flexible so they don't chip at all. They stay on perfectly through showers, and other water activity's. When you decide your done you just get a hold of the corner and gently peel them away. I did end up with a little sticky residue when I took some off, but it was easy to pick off. I already want to buy more!
