Jurlique recently sent me a few items from the rose scented line to try out which I will be reviewing very soon. I loved the rose scent so much that I went ahead and ordered this Jurlique Love Balm from Birchbox. I actually got it for free by cashing in my Birchbox points that I had accumulated by doing reviews of the items that came in my monthly boxes.
Rose Love Balm is intended as multi-purpose salve that moisturizes, softens, and protects dry or chapped skin. The great thing about this stuff is that you can use it pretty much anywhere. Jurlique is all about using natural safe ingredients. You can use this stuff on your hands, cuticles, elbows, even your lips!
For the last few weeks I've been using it primarily on my cuticles. It has a solid form in it's tin. I swirl my finger around the surface of the balm until it melts on my finger then run it across my cuticles. If there's an excess on my finger, I rub the extra on my lips. I have rough dry hands and my cuticles love to get hangnails and split. I can honestly say that after a few weeks of using this pretty much daily I can see a significant improvement in the condition of my cuticles. This is the first time in a long time that I am completely free of split or hanging cuticles.
I love this stuff! I only use a tiny bit at a time so I can see this tin lasting me months which makes it a killer deal at only $6.50 a tin on the Jurlique website. Can't wait to finish testing out and reviewing more from this line!
