Newspaper Print Nails Tutorial

I've been seeing this all over Pinterest so I decided to give it a try and see if it actually worked.

All you need is a base color, rubbing alcohol, some old newspaper, a disposable cup, and a clear topcoat (not pictured)

Apply your base color.  I used Zoya's "Bevin" that I got in a Birchbox. Make sure that you let it dry completely! If you don't the newspaper will stick to it and ruin the whole thing.

Rip off a little section of newspaper and have it ready.

Pour enough alcohol in a disposable cup so that you can completely submerge your painted fingernail.  Keep in the alcohol for about 5 seconds.

Pull your finger out of the alcohol and firmly but evenly press the paper on your damp nail then peel it off! Don't leave it on too long or the newspaper will stick to the polish as the alcohol dries.

Finish off with a clear topcoat!
